Chad Tyner, a Greenville, South Carolina native, brings a wealth of experience to his real estate career. He embarked on his professional journey at the age of 20, selling modular and manufactured homes with Oakwood Homes. His career path later led him to serve as a part-time first responder for a private ambulance service, where he eventually transitioned into a public relations role.

Chad's background also includes significant experience in the healthcare sector, where he collaborated closely with radiologists and participated in various departmental committees, including the Emergency Room Safety Committee. Notably, he chaired the Radiology Customer Service and Patient Satisfaction Committee, demonstrating his commitment to enhancing patient experiences.

In 2010, Chad earned a degree in Graphic Design from Somerset Community College, subsequently working in a print shop. His entrepreneurial spirit shone through in 2013 when he established Wireless 523, a prepaid cell phone retail business, which he successfully sold in 2017 to focus on his passion for real estate.

Chad is actively involved in numerous community organizations, including the American Red Cross and the American Cancer Society’s “Relay For Life.” He has contributed to events such as the BMW Pro-Am (formerly Nike Tour), Fall for Greenville, and the March of Dimes.
