About Channing Kelly

Channing, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, began her educational journey at Manzano Day School and continued at the Albuquerque Academy. She later pursued her studies at Wesleyan University in Connecticut. Following her graduation, Channing gained valuable experience in sales and marketing across major cities such as San Francisco, New York, and Boston. Ultimately, she chose to return to New Mexico to contribute her expertise to the family real estate business.

In June 2008, Channing was honored as the Salesperson of the Year by the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors®, a recognition that echoes her mother Ida’s achievements, who received the same accolade in 1984 as one of the first women to do so. Channing had previously been named Rookie of the Year in 2003, an award that acknowledges outstanding performance by newcomers in the real estate sector, as determined by her peers.

Channing is actively involved in the real estate community, serving on the Realtor Fund Committee for the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors®. Her past contributions include positions on the Board of Directors for both the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors® and the Realtors® Association of New Mexico. She has also participated in the Professional Standards Committee for the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors® and was selected as one of twenty-five industry representatives for the 2003 Leadership Development Series, organized by the Albuquerque Board of Realtors® and the Commercial Association of Realtors®.
