Charlotte Ransom McKenzie possesses an extensive understanding of Riverside, which she leverages as a leading Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Alongside her mother, Connie Ransom, and her husband, Bob McKenzie, she forms the Ransom-McKenzie Team.

Charlotte earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Japanese from Scripps College in Claremont. Her professional background spans tourism, hospitality, and education. In 2005, she and Bob chose to return to Riverside, settling in her childhood home. Since her return, Charlotte has actively engaged with the vibrant local community.

She currently serves as the immediate past Chair of the Citizens University Committee and is a board member for both the Riverside Community Players and the Mary S. Roberts Pet Adoption Center. A graduate of Leadership Riverside, she is passionate about sharing her comprehensive knowledge of the area with clients and friends, fostering community improvement.

Outside of her professional and volunteer commitments, Charlotte enjoys pursuing art projects and participating in local theater productions, making Riverside—known as the City of Arts and Innovation—a fitting home for her.
