Cheryl Johnson has been a licensed Realtor since 1984 and is the founder of River Falls Realty. With a strong commitment to supporting homeowners, she previously served as a home retention consultant for Titanium Solutions, where she played a crucial role in helping many avoid foreclosure. Cheryl's experience also includes three years as a Compliance/Managing Broker at Keller Williams Realty in Louisville. Together with her husband, Jeff, who is also a Realtor, she has led the River Falls Group sales team, earning recognition for their outstanding sales performance. Recently, they transitioned their team to eXp Realty.

Cheryl is a recent graduate of Leadership Kentucky Realtors (KYR) and is recognized as a Major Investor. She actively contributes to the Kentucky Realtors (KYR) as a Board Delegate, state political coordinator, and member of the By-Laws committee. Her service extends to various committees, including Economic and Local Issues, Grievance, and Legal Affairs/Risk Reduction.

Previously, Cheryl held the position of Vice President on the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors (GLAR) Board of Directors, where she was involved in the finance executive and community week of service committees. She also served as Regional Vice President of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) and is a two-time past president of the NAREB Louisville chapter. Under her leadership as Vice President and membership chair of the Louisville chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR), the chapter grew to become the largest in the nation. Additionally, she has served as the State Governor of WCR and has been actively engaged with the Kentuckiana Real Estate Investors Association (KREIA).

In recognition of her community service, Cheryl received the prestigious John Carpenter Award from GLAR in 2015, and she was honored with the KW Culture Award for the Ohio Valley Region, representing her region at a national meeting for Keller Williams.
