Cheryl Wendt has deep roots in Fremont and Sandusky County, where she has been a licensed REALTOR since 1987. She obtained her broker's license in August 2000 and has consistently demonstrated her commitment to excellence in real estate, earning numerous accolades including the OAR President's Sales Club Award of Achievement from 1992 to 1995, the Award of Distinction from 1996 to 2020, and the Award of Excellence in 2021.
