Prior to founding Brick Lane Real Estate, she garnered numerous accolades, including Hall of Fame honors and customer service awards at her previous brokerage, as well as recognition as an Outstanding Life Member of the Masters Club. A native of Sacramento, Cheryl possesses extensive knowledge of the city and its surroundings. She adeptly represents a diverse clientele, whether as a listing agent for sellers looking to upgrade or downsize, or assisting clients facing sensitive situations such as divorce or trust and probate sales. From the moment clients decide to sell, she provides a comprehensive pre-listing checklist to ensure they make only essential upgrades, ultimately aiming to save them money while maximizing their profits.

In addition to her listing expertise, Cheryl is well-versed in buyer transactions, particularly in the luxury home market. Her ability to connect with people has resulted in a clientele that is approximately 90% referrals from satisfied past clients. Her insightful approach, customer-centric focus, visionary outlook, and commitment to the community have significantly contributed to her impressive success.

Before her real estate career, Cheryl managed the Rocklin and Roseville Bel Air Market, where she trained over 100 employees and supervised 20 managers. This experience, coupled with Dale Carnegie training, laid the foundation for her exceptional client service skills. Her personal experiences in buying and selling properties—including a custom-built home and land—have further shaped her thoughtful approach to real estate.

Cheryl is actively involved in various industry organizations, having served as the 2022 foundation president of the Placer County Association of Realtors® and as a board member of the Rocklin Chamber of Commerce. In 2023, she took on the role of national treasurer for the Women’s Council of Realtors®.

Residing in Placer County since 1989, Cheryl enjoys vacationing in Tahoe, Sea Ranch, and Hawaii. In her leisure time, she delights in reading, baking, and cherishing moments with her family, especially her three granddaughters.
