Cheri Wozniak brings a wealth of experience from her previous career as an entertainment executive to her role as a real estate professional. After relocating from Los Angeles to Orange County, she leveraged her extensive background in negotiating high-stakes deals and her passion for problem-solving to embark on a new journey in real estate, focusing on one of the most desirable markets in Southern California.

In early 2017, Wozniak partnered with industry leader Sandy DeAngelis, and together they established the DeAngelis Realty Group of Seven Gables. Under their leadership, the team quickly gained recognition as one of Orange County's premier real estate groups. By 2021, their impressive performance earned them a place in the Chairman’s Circle, a prestigious honor awarded to the top-producing agents and teams within their brokerage.

In addition to her real estate acumen, Wozniak is also a proficient digital marketer. She has refined her skills through extensive training with industry experts such as Dean Graziosi, Russell Brunson, Kim Walsh Phillips, Jenna Kutcher, and Krista Mashore. This training has enabled her to develop a reputation for effective communication, unwavering integrity, and innovative marketing strategies.

Before transitioning to real estate, Wozniak held the position of Senior Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Finance at Maverick Films. During her tenure, she contributed to the production of notable projects, including the acclaimed film "Twilight," the scripted series "The Riches" for FX, the reality series "I’m From Rolling Stone" for MTV, and the multi-platform success "Big Shot Live," which reached over 200 Viacom-affiliated stations. Prior to her role at Maverick, she spent several years as a creative executive, developing and producing content for networks such as MTV, Lifetime, NBC, Game Show Network, and Discovery Networks.

Currently, Wozniak resides in South Orange County with her partner, Sam, and their three sons.
