About Cheryl Schulz

A dedicated real estate professional, Cheryl has deep roots in West Michigan, where she was born and raised. She completed her high school education at Plainwell High School before earning a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Michigan University.

In 2002, she established Schulz Realty, successfully managing the firm until 2015. Following this, she took on the role of Associate Broker and Manager at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in the Allegan office, where she continues to excel.

Since 1988, Cheryl has been married to Steve, and together they enjoy the tranquility of farm life, where they raise Belgian draft horses. Her interests include collecting sports antiques, knitting, and camping.

Cheryl is proud of her two daughters, Shelby and Hannah, both graduates of Hope College, who currently reside in Colorado. Additionally, she has two stepdaughters, Sarah and Emily, and is a delighted stepgrandmother to Adam and Sophia, with another grandchild on the way.
