Chris has been a dedicated REALTOR® since 1989, amassing extensive experience in the real estate market with over 500 successful transactions throughout her career. She primarily focuses on the regions of Ramona, Julian, and San Diego’s backcountry, though her expertise has also extended to clients as far north as Alameda.

Beginning her real estate journey at the age of 24, Chris's upbringing was marked by frequent relocations due to her father's career in the Navy, which took her to diverse locations including Turkey and Italy. This unique background has enriched her worldview and enhanced her ability to connect with individuals from various backgrounds.

Chris has received numerous accolades for her contributions to the real estate community, including the prestigious "REALTOR® of the Year" award from the San Diego Association of Realtors in 2001, as well as the "Volunteer of the Year" award in both 2005 and 2017. She holds several professional designations, such as Risk Management Specialist, Certified Residential Specialist, and Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute. Her commitment to community service is evident through her involvement with the Ramona Community Planning Group and the Ramona Chamber of Commerce. In 1999, she was honored as Citizen of the Year in Ramona and was recognized as the “Queen of Ramona” by the Ramona Rotary Club.

Residing in Ramona with her husband, Jimmy, and their two daughters, Chris specializes in rural residential properties, land, and commercial real estate in the unincorporated areas of San Diego County. She is affiliated with Coldwell Banker West.

Outside of her professional commitments, Chris enjoys spending quality time with her family, volunteering, four-wheeling, and photography. A history enthusiast, she is inspired by the words of Abraham Lincoln: "Whatever you are, be a good one."
