About Christina Bennett

I've been a licensed REALTOR® since 2002 years holding the Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designations I completed studies for my Brokers license in October 2007

I started in the industry with the master developer of Fountain Hills MCO Properties Here I coordinated with marketing and public relations as well as the charitable contributions program During this time I was exposed to the land development side of the business

I then went to work for Sonoran Lifestyle Real Estate starting the brokerage from the ground up with the Designated Broker/Owner I worked side-by-side with the Broker in managing the office handling listing and sales files sales coordinator for other agents and event planning I then went into full time sales as an agent listing and selling custom semi-custom condominiums resale homes lender owned short sales and multi-family zoned land

I relocated to the east valley in 2005 working with Sonoran Lifestyle and then RE/MAX focusing on the same as Fountain Hills with an emphasis in lender owned properties I continue to do business in Fountain Hills and Scottsdale with more attention to the Chandler Gilbert Gold Canyon Maricopa Mesa Apache Junction Queen Creek and San Tan Valley areas

I then began my own business Carlson Real Estate Specialists in May of 2017 and happy to say it has been wonderful!

Prior to holding a real estate license I worked in a different aspect of real estate as a junior escrow office in the title and escrow side of the business I also gained invaluable experience in customer service while employed by Southwest Airlines as a ticket and operations agent
