Real estate has proudly been Christine Morgan’s one and only career In the industry since 2007 Christine has grown her business and reputation organically largely through her transparency honesty and fiercely positive nature \n\nGiven that her parents were both agents Christine knew early on that real estate would likely be her chosen profession She majored in business and political science at the University of California Irvine which prepared her well for handling the business side of real estate This was evidenced early on in her career as she successfully navigated her clients through the turmoil of the subprime mortgage crisis and subsequent Great Recession \n\nChristine has focused her entire career on the Coastal Orange County market closing more than 250 million in individual sales She was featured in Coast Magazine is in the top 1% of Orange County agents in terms of production and she placed in the top 2% of agents nationally among more than 7 000 agents at her previous company Christine hasn’t just built her successful career by doing what she does best: She continually learns grows and welcomes challenges to keep her impact razor sharp She also actively invests in fix-and-flip properties multifamily value-add projects and ground-up construction of both single and multifamily projects \n\nAdditionally she and her husband Daniel designed and built their Costa Mesa home where they live with their children Daniel is also a successful real estate professional who serves in a business partnership with Christine She and Daniel are avid supporters of local and international nonprofits including Boys & Girls Club MissionSake (which helps youth resist gang membership in El Salvador) The Clean Water Project and their local school district Christine also loves to cook and enjoy international foods when she travels
