Chris Garland is a dedicated real estate professional with deep roots in Memphis. A graduate of the University of Memphis, he holds a degree in Real Estate and City Planning. His career in real estate commenced in 1987 while he was still a student, initially focusing on commercial properties with Crye-Leike's Commercial Division. Following a transition to the Garland Company, which was founded by his cousin, Chris played a pivotal role in revitalizing the Downtown area.
