He shares his life with a wonderful wife, whom he met in Nevada City, and together they are proud parents to three children, all of whom have participated in the Chicago Park 4-H program. As an active leader in several 4-H projects, he is always willing to assist families looking to enroll.

In his leisure time, he enjoys family walks and swimming at Rollins Lake or the Yuba River during the summer months. He and his son also share a passion for riding dirt bikes on the exceptional OHV single-track trails that Nevada County offers.

Before transitioning into real estate, he spent over a decade in the industry as a property manager and business owner. He holds a degree in Sustainable Agriculture, which complements his love for gardening and working with animals. His commitment to helping others is evident in his dedication to honesty, integrity, and hard work. His background in construction began at the age of 12, including a stint with an Amish framing crew. In his late teens and early twenties, he co-owned a small bike shop with his father. His travels across the United States, including hiking the Appalachian Trail from Pennsylvania to Tennessee, have further enriched his understanding of diverse landscapes and communities.

In real estate, he specializes in agricultural properties, including ranches, equestrian estates, and hobby farms—particularly those with space for livestock or gardens. His experience includes collaborating with the USDA to secure a Natural Resource Conservation grant for cross-fencing his herd of 25 goats, and he is eager to assist others in navigating similar opportunities. Additionally, he has expertise in commercial real estate, having successfully sold historic hotels and buildings, supported by a strong team for business transactions.
