Cindi Watkins has been a resident of Pickaway County for more than five decades. In 2009, she made a pivotal career shift by obtaining her real estate license, entering the industry during a particularly challenging market. This decision, though daunting at the time, proved to be transformative for her career.

With a deep-rooted passion for her community, Cindi began her real estate journey with Ashville Realty in her hometown. Remarkably, in her first year, she successfully closed 19 transactions despite the difficult market conditions. Her unique approach resonated with clients, leading to a steady stream of referrals. This success inspired her to establish her own office, Preferred Properties RES, in South Bloomfield, Ohio.

As her business flourished, Cindi expanded her team to better serve Pickaway County and its neighboring areas. The growing demand soon necessitated a relocation of her office to a more prominent location on SR 23 in South Bloomfield. Following the retirement of her broker, Cindi and her team transitioned to e-Merge Real Estate, where she continues to thrive as a full-time agent and manager.

Cindi is also dedicated to giving back to her community. She has co-chaired Realtor Care Day, advocating for projects in Pickaway County and actively participating in community events. A strong proponent of education, Cindi believes that every child deserves access to quality schooling.
