A native of South Florida, Clair was raised in the Pompano Beach/Fort Lauderdale area, where many of her family members still reside. As the youngest child of Cuban immigrants, she is fluent in both Spanish and English. Clair graduated from Stetson University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Business degree, concentrating in Marketing. She is a proud mother of two talented daughters and enjoys spending quality time with them. Outside of real estate, Clair is involved in volunteer work with BEAM (Beaches Emergency Assistance Ministry) and enjoys activities such as beach walks, cooking, and home design.

Since relocating to Northeast Florida in 2005, Clair has built lasting relationships in various communities, including St. John's, Julington Creek Plantation, and Nocatee. Clair currently resides in Ponte Vedra, FL, within one of the largest and newest planned communities in the area.

David Butler transitioned to a full-time REALTOR® in 1995 after a distinguished 20-year career in Naval Aviation. A resident of the Jacksonville area since 1977, he is married to a special needs educator and is actively involved in local volunteer organizations, supporting causes such as Community Hospice, Mt. Herman School for Exceptional Children, and The Veterans History Project of Northeast Florida. He also serves on the board of the Community Hospice Veterans Partnership.
