Shortly after graduation, he relocated to the Pensacola area, where he currently resides in Gulf Breeze, Florida, with his wife, Christy Smith Manderson, and their four children: Claudia (23), Nicole (20), Carter (11), and Davis (9).

With over 23 years of experience in residential real estate, Trey has established himself as a prominent figure in the Greater Pensacola market. He spent the first 18 years of his career as a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker on Pensacola Beach before launching his own firm, Manderson Realty Group, in 2016. This family-owned business focuses on waterfront and resort properties in Gulf Breeze and Pensacola Beach.
