He began his career early, obtaining his real estate license in September 2006 at just 20 years old while still a sophomore at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He completed his degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Law in 2008.
Currently affiliated with Craig Smith and Associates Inc. in Tulare, California, Clay is recognized for his commitment to client service and professionalism. He is an active member of several local real estate boards, including the Tulare County Association of Realtors, Kings County Board of Realtors, and the Bakersfield Association of Realtors. Additionally, he is involved with the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Clay contributes to the industry through his roles on the Realtor Action Fund committee and the Young Professionals Network committee for the California Association of Realtors. His dedication to excellence was recognized in 2016 when he was honored as the Realtor of the Year by the Tulare County Association of Realtors. He currently serves as a Director and chairs the MLS committee for TCAOR.
