Clennie Hawthorne has been a lifelong observer of the remarkable growth in McKinney and its neighboring areas. A native of McKinney, Texas, and raised in Farmersville, she represents the third generation in her family to pursue a career in real estate. Clennie’s early exposure to the industry began at her father's real estate office in Farmersville, where she developed a passion for assisting clients under the guidance of her late father, Bob Shinn.

Having relocated to McKinney over 22 years ago, Clennie has dedicated the past 14 years to selling real estate in North Collin County.
