Cody, a lifelong resident of South Central Pennsylvania, has deep-rooted connections to his community. He graduated from Everett Area High School and continues to call Everett, PA, his home. Following his graduation from Pennsylvania College of Technology with a degree in construction, Cody gained valuable experience in the construction industry.

As a third-generation realtor, Cody was naturally inclined toward a career in real estate. He transitioned to a full-time agent shortly after completing his studies in 2015.
