About Colette Potter-Bunch

**Colette Bunch**
**Associate Broker**

Colette Bunch serves as an Associate Broker at the North Scottsdale office of Walt Danley Christie’s International Real Estate. With three decades of experience in the real estate industry, she focuses on luxury private golf communities in North Scottsdale, including Desert Mountain, Troon, and Ancala.

Before her tenure at Walt Danley Realty, Colette made significant contributions to the private golf country club sector. For twenty years, she was instrumental in membership and sales for prestigious luxury golf communities. Notable properties she represented include the acclaimed Desert Mountain Golf & Country Club, which spans 8,000 acres and features six Jack Nicklaus Signature 18-hole golf courses, as well as the historic Phoenix Country Club, recognized as one of Arizona's oldest and most esteemed clubs. Most recently, she played a key role at Ancala Country Club, known for its championship golf course designed by Pete Dye.

Throughout her career, Colette has cultivated strong relationships with luxury real estate professionals across the Valley. She notably hosted the esteemed monthly Luxury Home Tour during her time at Ancala Country Club, where her innovative marketing strategies led to successful sales. Additionally, she was pivotal in enhancing membership sales at Ancala and played a crucial role in revitalizing membership at The Phoenix Country Club over the past decade. Colette also established the original membership sales department at Desert Mountain.

Prior to specializing in luxury golf communities, Colette owned a marketing and event production firm that catered to a diverse clientele, including the Arizona Restaurant and Hospitality Association and American Airlines. She has also held leadership roles as vice president and designated broker for property management companies in the Phoenix area.

Colette has maintained an Arizona Broker’s license for 30 years. Her extensive collaboration with top-producing agents and homebuyers in private golf communities inspired her transition into luxury residential real estate. After a long-standing professional relationship with Walt Danley and CFO Chuck Wasson, joining the North Scottsdale team was a natural progression for her.

Colette resides with her husband, Zack, and they have a son and daughter-in-law living in Austin, as well as another son and daughter-in-law nearby in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix. In their leisure time, Colette and Zack enjoy golfing together.

Maricopa County stands as Arizona's economic powerhouse and the fourth-largest county in the United States by population, creating one of the nation's most dynamic real estate markets. Home to Phoenix, Scottsdale, and numerous rapidly growing suburbs, this sprawling desert metropolis has transformed from a retirement destination into a thriving hub for technology companies, manufacturing, and young professionals seeking affordable alternatives to California's expensive coastal markets.

The county's real estate landscape reflects this dramatic growth, supported by an impressive network of 38,325 actively licensed agents—all of whom maintain current email contact information. This robust agent population serves a market characterized by diverse housing options, from luxury desert estates in Scottsdale to affordable starter homes in emerging communities like Surprise and Goodyear, creating opportunities across every price segment and buyer demographic.

Major Maricopa County, Arizona Real Estate Markets

Phoenix anchors the region as the fifth-largest city in America, with distinct neighborhoods like Central Phoenix experiencing urban revitalization while established areas like Ahwatukee maintain their suburban appeal. Scottsdale commands premium prices with its resort-style living and proximity to world-class golf courses, while Tempe benefits from Arizona State University's presence, driving consistent rental demand. Mesa, often overlooked despite being larger than Atlanta or Miami, offers exceptional value for families and has become a hotspot for California transplants.

The West Valley communities of Glendale, Peoria, and Avondale have emerged as major growth centers, attracting young families with new construction and master-planned communities. Meanwhile, the Southeast Valley cities of Chandler and Gilbert have evolved into technology corridors, with major employers like Intel and Microchip creating sustained housing demand. These diverse markets each require specialized knowledge, making local agent expertise invaluable for successful transactions.

Market Dynamics and Geographic Complexity

Maricopa County's real estate market operates across multiple distinct climate zones and development patterns, from dense urban infill projects in downtown Phoenix to sprawling estate lots in Desert Mountain. The region's rapid population growth—adding over 100,000 residents annually—creates constant pressure on housing inventory, while seasonal migration patterns from colder states influence both sales and rental markets. This complexity requires agents to understand everything from HOA restrictions in age-restricted communities to water rights in rural areas.

The market's seasonality presents unique challenges and opportunities, with "snowbird" migration creating distinct busy periods from November through March, followed by a summer slowdown when temperatures exceed 110 degrees. Additionally, the prevalence of cash buyers, investment properties, and vacation homes creates transaction patterns unlike traditional residential markets, requiring agents who understand investor motivations and can navigate complex 1031 exchanges and multi-property portfolios.

Why Businesses Need Maricopa County, Arizona Agent Contact Data

The sheer scale of Maricopa County's agent network makes targeted outreach essential for service providers, technology companies, and financial institutions seeking to capture market share. With 38,325 agents generating thousands of monthly transactions, businesses offering everything from home inspection services to mortgage products need efficient ways to reach decision-makers across this vast geographic area. Email marketing remains the most cost-effective method for reaching agents who are constantly mobile between showings and client meetings.

Furthermore, Maricopa County's diverse market segments require tailored messaging strategies—luxury specialists in Paradise Valley have different needs than first-time buyer agents in Avondale. Having comprehensive contact data allows businesses to segment their outreach based on geographic specialization, transaction volume, or market focus, dramatically improving response rates and conversion potential while building lasting relationships in one of America's most important real estate markets.
