Colette Thiel serves as the President and Broker of Thiel Real Estate, a firm she founded in the fall of 2010 after six years with a prominent independent brokerage. Since becoming a full-time realtor in 2004, Colette has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to her clients, ensuring that each transaction is executed seamlessly from inception to completion. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University, Fullerton.

In early 2011, Colette's husband, Michael Thiel, joined the firm as CFO and Broker Associate. With a background as a Regional Manager in the restaurant sector, Michael brings a wealth of expertise in accounting, negotiations, and contract management. He is an alumnus of Oregon State University’s School of Hospitality.

Together, Colette and Michael are recognized authorities in residential real estate sales and property management across Ventura, Los Angeles, El Dorado, Sacramento, and Placer Counties. They cater to a diverse clientele, including buyers, sellers, and investors, with over 95% of their business stemming from referrals. In the fall of 2019, their daughter, Cassandra Thiel, joined the Thiel Team. A graduate of Sacramento State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Cassie is currently gaining experience in the family business while also working in the healthcare sector. Her proficiency in modern marketing strategies and keen attention to detail make her an invaluable addition to the team.
