Before embarking on her real estate career, Collette spent a decade as a national sales professional with Oakwood Corporate Housing and Equity Corporate Housing. In this role, she collaborated with major relocation companies and Fortune 500 organizations, specializing in executive relocation services, and was recognized as a "Sales Super Star."

Collette earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Redlands and holds a Marketing Certificate from the University of California, Irvine. She is a licensed Realtor in the District of Columbia, Virginia, and California.
