Born and raised in Merced, California, this dedicated real estate professional is a proud alumnus of both Weaver High School and Merced High School. After completing two years at Merced Junior College, they relocated to San Jose, where they spent a decade before returning to their roots in Merced in 2002 to raise their daughter, Emma Zacharias. They earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Jose State University in 2003 and began their real estate career with Century 21 Salvadori the same year. In 2019, they co-founded Next Door Real Estate, where they continue to help clients realize their homeownership dreams.

In 2007, they married Frank Swiggart and welcomed a bonus daughter, Tiffany Swiggart, into their family. Following the market downturn in 2008, they returned to Century 21 Salvadori, taking on the role of office manager while also contributing significantly to the sales team. Their experience in new home sales further enriched their expertise in the real estate sector.

This professional has actively contributed to the community through various roles, including serving on the Our Lady of Mercy Foundation Board and as a board member of the Merced County Association of Realtors. They dedicated over five years to the Merced County Boys and Girls Club and remain an engaged member of Club Mercedes, an organization founded by their grandparents. Additionally, they were instrumental in revitalizing the Christmas Parade and the Merco Christmas tree in downtown Merced. Currently, they serve as a board member and committee chair for the Mercy Hospital Foundation, a founding committee member of the Merced Chapter of H.O.W. (Helping One Woman), and a board member for the Miss Merced Pageant.

Community involvement is a cornerstone of their life and parenting philosophy. Deeply committed to enhancing the quality of life in Merced, they find great fulfillment in assisting buyers and sellers in achieving their American dream within the community they cherish.
