Gus relocated to California in 1981 and welcomed his first child in 1987, eventually becoming a father of three. After exploring various ventures, including launching restaurants and managing a small franchise, he turned his focus to real estate.

With 27 years of experience in the industry, Gus began his career as a California Licensed Appraiser before transitioning to full-time sales in 1994. His extensive background in property valuation, coupled with insights gained through multiple market cycles, equips him with a unique skill set that aids both buyers and sellers in navigating the complexities of today’s real estate transactions.

As his residential real estate career progressed, Gus sought to expand his expertise. This pursuit led him to sell new subdivisions and country properties, and he subsequently ventured into working with investors on small multi-unit sales. His ambition drove him to explore markets in San Francisco and Sacramento, ultimately culminating in his involvement in a significant 194-unit out-of-state sale.
