Her career began in New York, where she gained valuable experience in corporate real estate for Fortune 100 companies, managing leasing, sales, acquisitions, and development across extensive regions. In 1999, she transitioned to Florida, obtaining her broker’s license and further honing her negotiation skills.

Cornelia's residential portfolio includes properties in prestigious communities such as Hammock Beach, Ocean Hammock, Grand Haven, and Hammock Dunes, featuring everything from single-family homes to oceanfront condominiums. Her commercial real estate accomplishments encompass significant land sales, including projects like Cobblestone Village, Lowe’s, Belk, Publix, and SunTrust, as well as a substantial 6,785 acres from Rayonnier Timber to Palm Coast Holdings, a subsidiary of Minnesota Power & Light.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Cornelia is deeply committed to her community. She has served as the Commercial Committee Chair for the Flagler County Association of Realtors and the School Advisory Chair for Flagler Palm Coast High School for five years. Additionally, she has held the position of President of the Flagler Symphonic Society and has been a board member for Kindervision and the Family Life Center. Currently, she is a member of the Flagler County Chamber Economic Alliance Council, reflecting her dedication to local schools and economic development.
