Before founding Rusin Realty, Craig served as Managing Broker for a real estate conglomerate that encompassed a mortgage company, a real estate sales office, and an escrow service. In this role, he supervised the transactions of 45 agents and managed the mortgage and escrow divisions, gaining comprehensive insights into every phase of real estate transactions. This experience has equipped him with the knowledge to address a wide range of challenges that may arise, while also deepening his understanding of the diverse needs of all parties involved.

Prior to his career in real estate brokerage, Craig was a full-service financial advisor, assisting individuals and families in optimizing their asset management and navigating various investment opportunities. His extensive knowledge of investment vehicles led him to recognize real estate as a premier investment choice, prompting his transition from broader financial planning to a focused specialization in real estate.

Interestingly, Craig's path in real estate aligns perfectly with his background. He hails from a family deeply rooted in the industry, making him a third-generation real estate professional. Surrounded by real estate investors, agents, loan officers, and attorneys throughout his upbringing, he gained practical experience by working on his uncle’s investment properties and in his father’s real estate office. Although he initially distanced himself from the field, his education and exposure to various investments reaffirmed his belief that real estate is the safest and most rewarding investment option.

In addition to his practical experience, Craig holds a Master’s Degree in Business, graduating Phi Beta Kappa, as well as Bachelor’s Degrees in Finance and Management.
