Curtis Birkley, a native of Goshen County, Wyoming, has deep roots in the region. After completing his education at Torrington High School, he pursued a Bachelor’s degree at Black Hills State University in Spearfish, South Dakota, graduating in 2008. Following his studies, Curtis returned to Torrington, where he took the helm of the family business, Windmill Realty, previously owned by his father-in-law, Richard Vandel.

With a strong commitment to the community, Curtis is eager to continue the legacy of service established by Mr. Vandel. As a devoted husband and father of three—two daughters and a son—he understands the significance of finding a safe and nurturing home.
