Growing up in a military family, [he/she/they] frequently moved, but the bonds formed during those youthful days—running around town, enjoying meals at The Tower Drive-In diner, and watching baseball at Marketplatz—remain a significant part of [his/her/their] life. After dedicating 12 years to critical care nursing, Cynthia made the decision to retire from the profession to focus on raising [his/her/their] children. Not one to remain idle, [he/she/they] channeled [his/her/their] creativity into a home-based business, designing and sewing custom window treatments, bed linens, and pillows—skills honed from [his/her/their] mother’s teachings. In 1999, [he/she/they] returned to Fredericksburg, where [he/she/they] took on a role as a buyer at a local home décor store on Main Street.

In 2004, Cynthia obtained a real estate license and opened Abella Home, a home décor store on Main Street, blending [his/her/their] passion for retail with real estate. After a decade of thriving in both sectors, [he/she/they] transitioned to focus solely on real estate in 2014.

With extensive experience in the design process for custom-built homes and a background in home décor, Cynthia possesses a unique advantage in staging properties for sale and advising clients on homes that may require updates or renovations.
