About Cynthia Schatzle

Cindy, a native of the rural outskirts of Cincinnati, Ohio, maintains strong connections to her roots through her extensive and close-knit family. Her journey in real estate began in 1989 while she was still in high school, where she gained invaluable experience working with title companies. This early exposure allowed her to develop a comprehensive understanding of property searches, title clearing, title insurance, mortgage processes, and residential contracts and closings.

After a decade in the industry, Cindy took on the role of closing and permitting administrator for a Cincinnati-based residential homebuilder, managing over 400 closings annually. She thrived in this capacity for seven years until 2007, when she followed her passion and relocated to Florida, a place she had long cherished.

In 2010, leveraging her strong reputation and extensive experience, Cindy obtained her real estate license. She spent her initial six years in Sarasota, where she was mentored by a veteran agent with 36 years of experience. This mentorship enriched her understanding of the local market and practices. By March 2016, Cindy transitioned to a full-time agent role with a respected local broker, establishing her office on St. Armands Circle.

Recognized and respected by both clients and colleagues, Cindy is dedicated to providing comprehensive support throughout the real estate transaction process.
