Cindy Roberts, a distinguished real estate professional, was awarded the REALTOR® Emeritus status by the National Association of REALTORS® in September 2019, recognizing her dedication and extensive service over a cumulative period of 40 years. Licensed since 1979, she obtained her Broker's license in 1982, demonstrating her commitment to the industry.

A lifelong resident of Fort Myers, Cindy has called this vibrant community home since May 1960. Her family relocated from Nashville, Tennessee, believing they had discovered 'Paradise,' a sentiment that has proven to be true for Cindy.

After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from Florida State University in 1979, she returned to Fort Myers to join her mother, Faye Roberts, at REALTY WORLD Roberts Associates, Inc. What was initially intended as a one-year commitment has evolved into a remarkable 40-year career. Both of her parents were deeply involved in real estate; her mother focused on residential properties, while her father specialized in commercial real estate.

Cindy is dedicated to providing personalized service, grounded in integrity and the highest ethical standards. As a full-time REALTOR®, she has built her career on repeat and referral business, which reflects her commitment to earning her clients' respect. Her passion for real estate is evident in her work.

In 2012, Cindy received the Faye L. Roberts Honorary Lifetime Achievement Award from the REALTOR® Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beaches, honoring her dedicated service and support to the community.

Her professional credentials include several prestigious designations: Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI). Throughout her career, she has actively contributed to her local REALTOR® association, serving as Secretary in 1984 and as a Director during the late 1980s and early 1990s, and again from 2008 to 2011.

REALTY WORLD Roberts Associates, Inc. served the Fort Myers and Lee County community from April 1978 until July 12, 2013. Following this, Cindy joined Royal Shell Real Estate, where the motto is, "We make it easy; you make it home."

Cindy is also committed to community service, with affiliations including the Junior League of Fort Myers and the Fort Myers Woman's Community Club. She actively volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and is an alumna of the 1999 Leadership Lee County Program. Recently, she became a member of the Estero Island Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution.
