With a career in Florida real estate spanning several decades, this seasoned professional has cultivated a wealth of experience and expertise. Encouraged by Arnold and Beverly Glazier of Glazier Real Estate to enter the field in the 1970s, they began their journey in Bonita Springs, Florida, where they developed a strong foundation in working with both buyers and sellers.

In the 1980s, they transitioned to Alliance Mortgage Company in Jacksonville, where they served as Vice President of the REO and Loss Mitigation departments. In this role, they managed a nationwide portfolio of real estate-owned properties, particularly across Florida, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and California. This experience led to innovative approaches in property sales, including the implementation of real estate auctions in collaboration with Jere Daye. Their successful caravan-style on-site auctions across various oil states marked a significant milestone in their career.

In 1991, they obtained their auctioneer license and continued to partner with Jere Daye for on-site auctions for Barnett Bank in 1992. After operating their own real estate firm, they joined Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty in 1994 as the Director of Corporate Services, overseeing REO relocation, short sales, and traditional listings.

In March 2013, they became part of Keller Williams Realty Peace River Partners. In addition to their active role as a real estate agent, they contribute to the local community through leadership positions in the Punta Gorda Port Charlotte North Port Association of Realtors. Their involvement extends to serving as a board member of My Florida Regional MLS and participating on the Florida Realtor Board of Directors, where they chaired the Auction Marketing Council.
