Cynthia's professional journey began with a business degree focused on marketing, which led her to a role as a merchandiser for a prominent catalog company. She subsequently transitioned to a financial advising firm, where she gained invaluable insights that paved the way for her entry into the lending industry in 1993. Starting as a Loan Officer at a leading lending institution, Cynthia quickly advanced through various roles, including Underwriter, Branch Manager, Regional Manager, and ultimately Corporate Trainer, where she traveled extensively to educate others in the field.

In 1997, Cynthia seized an opportunity with a Minnesota-based brokering company, collaborating closely with local banks to establish a second look program. Overseeing 14 branches in Pennsylvania and 16 in New York, she demonstrated her capacity for leadership and strategic growth. In November 2000, she joined Fingerlakes Mortgage Company as an Independent Contractor, and shortly thereafter, she partnered with Patrick Bola to help launch Twin Tier Mortgage in 2002.

Cynthia has remained committed to professional development, earning her Realtor License in June 2003. By 2010, she became a partner at Twin Tier Mortgage, contributing to the company’s mission of delivering exceptional customer service in the Twin Tier Region.
