A native of Long Island, New York, Cindy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business from SUNY-Buffalo State College. Her professional journey began in software consulting with Barra in Berkeley, California. Following her husband’s job transfer, she relocated to Indianapolis, where she shifted her focus to project management, working with Clarian Health and later First Indiana Bank.

In 2003, Cindy and her family, which included two children, two cats, a dog, and Hazel the goat, made the move to Weaverville/Alexander.
