After completing his education at Saratoga Springs High School, he pursued a degree in Environmental Science and Economics at Keene State College.

Following graduation, he relocated to Queens, where he spent a decade in Operations Management at Triumvirate Environmental. During his time in New York City, he met his wife, welcomed two daughters, and purchased their first home—a fixer-upper that sparked his passion for real estate.
