About Dana Schmitt

Dana has been an integral part of the real estate sector since 1995, beginning her career as an administrative assistant at a real estate firm in El Dorado, Kansas. In 1997, she relocated to Orlando, Florida, where she gained valuable experience working directly with new home builders. After returning to Kansas in 2002, she was recruited by a local home builder to serve as a Credit Repair Specialist. In this role, she collaborated with local lenders and Realtors® to help clients rebuild their credit and understand its maintenance, ultimately guiding them toward homeownership.

In 2007, Dana earned her Kansas Real Estate License and furthered her expertise by attending the Buyer’s Specialization University in 2008, subsequently obtaining her Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation. In 2013, she became a Certified Military Specialist (CMS), and in 2019, she achieved the status of Associate Broker. Throughout her career, Dana has successfully assisted numerous families in reaching their real estate objectives and is eager to extend her expertise to new clients.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Dana is a devoted wife to a USMC Gulf War Veteran and law enforcement officer, a mother of five, and a grandmother to three. She also serves as a local DJ for US 107.9 and the Wichita Union Stockyards. In her leisure time, Dana enjoys spending quality moments with her family and reconnecting with friends.
