About Danette Stubenfoll

Danette Stubenfoll is a dedicated real estate professional with deep roots in the Lakeview community. Originally from Illinois, she relocated to the Ozarks in 1979, following years of family vacations in the area. Her father transitioned from a 20-year career at Illinois Bell to pursue real estate, which laid the foundation for Danette's own career path.

After completing her education at Mountain Home schools and the University of Arkansas, where she earned a degree in Business Management, Danette married Gary in 1988. While both initially worked in the restaurant industry, Gary soon shifted to real estate full-time, while Danette maintained her restaurant career, holding a real estate license in the background.

In January 2013, Danette and Gary acquired Beaman Realty from Tony and Susan Taylor. This pivotal moment allowed Danette to fully engage in real estate, where she now specializes in serving both buyers and sellers in the Twin Lakes area. Her commitment to exceptional customer service, consistent communication, and meticulous attention to detail ensures a positive experience for her clients.

Danette is actively involved in her community, contributing to various local initiatives, including fundraising for fireworks, the Special Olympics fishing derby, and serving on the Chamber of Commerce.

As a mother of two daughters, Amber and Alex, Danette cherishes the upbringing they experienced in this beautiful region. Although her daughters are now adults, she fondly recalls their shared adventures in sports such as softball, golf, and basketball.

In her leisure time, Danette enjoys boating on Bull Shoals Lake, fishing, exploring natural trails, and discovering new parts of the state. She is also beginning to take up golf.
