Alongside his wife, Shelly, who is also part of the Hammer Group, Dan brings a wealth of knowledge to the firm. Both are Michigan State University alumni and proud parents of three adult children, two of whom are also MSU graduates. The Hammers have lived in various locations across the country but have maintained a deep connection to the Treasure Coast for over three decades. “We fell in love with Stuart during our first visit in 1980 and have returned almost every year since,” Dan recalls. “Now, we are thrilled to call this vibrant community our permanent home and look forward to assisting others in discovering the charm of the Treasure Coast, whether they are relocating, retiring, or simply seeking a place to enjoy life.”

Having grown up in a real estate family in Michigan, Shelly developed a passion for the industry early on. She has lived in Traverse City and Birmingham, where she cultivated her love for golf.
