Since obtaining his real estate license in 1990, this dedicated professional has built a robust career in the industry. He became a licensed California General Contractor in 1984, providing him with a solid foundation in construction and property management. From 1990 to 1997, he specialized as a Commercial Broker, earning a Top Producer award in 1996 for his outstanding performance.

In 1997, he relocated to Santa Cruz with his family and shifted his focus primarily to residential real estate. By 2004, he took the helm of the Real Estate Center in Downtown Santa Cruz, demonstrating his leadership and commitment to the local market. In 2008, he transitioned to David Lyng Real Estate, selling the Real Estate Center office building to David and Sally Lyng and assuming the role of Associate Broker.
