**Biography:**

A lifelong resident of the area, Daniel is married to Sally and is the proud father of two sons, Daniel and Michael. Before embarking on a successful career in real estate, he distinguished himself as an accomplished equestrian dressage rider, achieving a national ranking of 4th. He remains actively involved in soccer, having previously coached at St. Rita's and Sienna Academy, as well as with the Webster Soccer Administration.

After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Daniel transitioned into the real estate sector, where he has dedicated over 26 years to assisting families in finding or constructing their ideal homes. In 1998, he shifted his focus to management, taking on the role of manager at Nothnagle. In this capacity, he is committed to empowering his agents through coaching, mentoring, and education.

Daniel is also deeply engaged in community initiatives, having organized and led various events such as document recycling drives, American Red Cross blood drives, and support for local food pantries.
