About Daniel Wade

NextHome Atlantic Coast marks the 50th franchise location established in Florida, with its headquarters situated in Palm City. The brokerage is led by Daniel Wade, a distinguished REALTORĀ® with 17 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Daniel began his career in 2005 with HR Properties, a local brokerage. As the market evolved in 2006, he transitioned to Prudential Florida Realty, where he remained until 2012, before joining a local RE/MAX office. His tenure with these national firms equipped him with invaluable insights and expertise.

In addition to serving clients, Daniel recognized a desire to mentor fellow agents seeking leadership and support in their careers. After considering a management role, he opted to establish his own brokerage. On October 1, 2018, he proudly launched NextHome Atlantic Coast in the Villa Flora building on Martin Highway.

Outside of real estate, Daniel is dedicated to community engagement. He has volunteered for several years as a CCD teacher for fifth graders at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, reflecting his commitment to local education.

Daniel shares his life with his wife, Marcia, and their nearly seven-year-old son, Marcel. Together, they enjoy being active members of their community.
