Dan has deep roots in the real estate and construction sectors, having been introduced to the industry by his grandfather and father from a young age. After earning a Business degree from the University of Connecticut in 2007, he returned to Windsor Locks to launch his career, becoming the third generation to join Merrigan & LeFebvre Realty. This coincided with one of the most challenging economic downturns in real estate history, a period during which many agents exited the field.

Throughout these difficult times, Dan recognized the critical importance of accountability and integrity in client relationships, as well as the value of hard work. Guided by his father, who boasts over 40 years of industry experience, Dan has benefited from a traditional education in real estate practices. He skillfully merges this foundational knowledge with insights gained from navigating today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape.

With a successful 17-year career as a real estate professional, Dan holds a Real Estate Broker license and has extensive experience across various facets of the industry.
