Daniel Ferretti, a dual citizen of the United States and Italy, was born in Palm Springs, California, and raised in Verona, Italy. His family has deep roots in real estate; his grandfather was a developer, and his father a general contractor, together constructing over 1,500 homes in the Greater Los Angeles area. This familial legacy inspired Daniel to explore real estate from a young age, as he actively showcased properties in family-built developments across the Coachella Valley during his teenage years.
