Daniel Bates serves as the Broker-in-Charge and founder of MCVL Realty. A lifelong resident of McClellanville, he has deep roots in the community, having lived in various neighborhoods including the Historic District, Skipper’s Point, Mouzon’s Bluff, and Silver Hill. With over 13 years of experience in local real estate and rental management, Daniel has achieved remarkable success, leading in property sales volume in McClellanville and Awendaw over the past five years.

Daniel holds a degree from Appalachian State University and began his career as a police officer in Rock Hill, where he served for four years.
