About Danny Force

Before embarking on a career in real estate, this agent accumulated a diverse range of experiences that shaped their professional journey. After obtaining a real estate license in 2010, they transitioned from roles such as a waiter, bank teller, minor league baseball broadcaster, TV reporter, minor league hockey player, and valet parker. Growing up in Southlake, they graduated from Carroll High School in 2002, where they were a four-year letterman and captain of the varsity hockey team, contributing to the team's state championship victories in 2001 and 2002.

Following high school, they pursued junior hockey in Boston with aspirations of securing a college scholarship. This led to their enrollment at the University of Oklahoma, where they were part of the inaugural ice hockey team. Unfortunately, a significant knee injury cut short their sophomore season and curtailed professional aspirations in the sport. However, during their senior year, they had the honor of representing Team USA at the 2007 Winter World University Games in Torino, Italy—a highlight that remains etched in their memory. They graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism and later earned a Master’s degree in Sports Management from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2013.

After two seasons in minor league hockey, the agent retired at the age of 24 due to ongoing knee issues. While working as a bank teller, they discovered a passion for real estate, leading to a successful career in the field.

This agent finds immense satisfaction in guiding clients through significant life decisions, particularly when it comes to purchasing a home. The joy of handing over keys to clients making what is often their largest investment is a rewarding experience. Building lasting relationships with clients is a hallmark of their approach, as they have celebrated milestones such as weddings, birthdays, and sporting events alongside many of them.

They would be honored to serve as your Realtor, bringing dedication and expertise to your real estate journey.

Collin County, Texas represents one of the most dynamic and rapidly expanding real estate markets in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, driven by explosive population growth, corporate relocations, and sustained economic development. This northern Dallas suburb has transformed from rural farmland into a sophisticated collection of master-planned communities, luxury developments, and thriving commercial districts that consistently rank among the nation's fastest-growing counties.

The county's real estate landscape is supported by an extensive network of 8,789 total actively licensed agents, with all 8,789 agents maintaining email contact information, creating one of the most connected and accessible real estate professional networks in Texas. This robust agent presence reflects the market's complexity and the high level of transaction activity across diverse property segments ranging from luxury estates to entry-level condominiums.

Major Collin County, Texas Real Estate Markets

Plano anchors the county's real estate activity as the largest city, featuring established neighborhoods like West Plano's luxury corridor alongside emerging developments in East Plano. Frisco has emerged as a premium destination with master-planned communities such as Starwood and Phillips Creek Ranch, while McKinney combines historic charm in its downtown district with sprawling new subdivisions like Adriatica and Craig Ranch that command premium pricing.

Allen, Richardson, and Wylie round out the major residential markets, each offering distinct characteristics from Allen's family-oriented communities to Richardson's tech-corridor proximity and Wylie's small-town atmosphere with big-city amenities. The northern reaches of the county, including Celina and Prosper, represent the newest growth frontiers where agricultural land continues converting to residential and mixed-use developments at unprecedented rates.

Market Dynamics and Geographic Complexity

Collin County's real estate market operates across multiple price tiers and geographic zones, creating microclimates that require specialized local knowledge to navigate effectively. The western portions command higher prices due to established infrastructure and proximity to corporate headquarters, while eastern areas offer more affordable entry points with significant appreciation potential as development expands outward.

Corporate relocations from California and other high-tax states continue driving demand, particularly in the luxury segment above $800,000, while the county's excellent school districts fuel consistent demand from families willing to pay premiums for top-rated educational access. This creates a complex market where inventory levels, pricing strategies, and buyer preferences vary significantly across relatively short geographic distances.

Why Businesses Need Collin County, Texas Agent Contact Data

Real estate service providers, from mortgage lenders to home improvement contractors, require direct access to Collin County's extensive agent network to capitalize on the county's sustained transaction volume and new construction activity. The ability to reach all 8,789 licensed agents via email enables targeted marketing campaigns for specialized services, referral program development, and partnership opportunities that can generate substantial revenue streams.

Technology companies, financial services firms, and professional service providers benefit from agent contact data to identify relocation opportunities, develop corporate housing partnerships, and establish relationships with agents who specialize in executive-level relocations. Given the county's continued growth trajectory and high-value transaction volume, maintaining current contact information for the entire agent population represents a crucial competitive advantage for businesses serving this lucrative market.
