About Danny Force

Before embarking on a career in real estate, this agent accumulated a diverse range of experiences that shaped their professional journey. After obtaining a real estate license in 2010, they transitioned from roles such as a waiter, bank teller, minor league baseball broadcaster, TV reporter, minor league hockey player, and valet parker. Growing up in Southlake, they graduated from Carroll High School in 2002, where they were a four-year letterman and captain of the varsity hockey team, contributing to the team's state championship victories in 2001 and 2002.

Following high school, they pursued junior hockey in Boston with aspirations of securing a college scholarship. This led to their enrollment at the University of Oklahoma, where they were part of the inaugural ice hockey team. Unfortunately, a significant knee injury cut short their sophomore season and curtailed professional aspirations in the sport. However, during their senior year, they had the honor of representing Team USA at the 2007 Winter World University Games in Torino, Italy—a highlight that remains etched in their memory. They graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism and later earned a Master’s degree in Sports Management from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2013.

After two seasons in minor league hockey, the agent retired at the age of 24 due to ongoing knee issues. While working as a bank teller, they discovered a passion for real estate, leading to a successful career in the field.

This agent finds immense satisfaction in guiding clients through significant life decisions, particularly when it comes to purchasing a home. The joy of handing over keys to clients making what is often their largest investment is a rewarding experience. Building lasting relationships with clients is a hallmark of their approach, as they have celebrated milestones such as weddings, birthdays, and sporting events alongside many of them.

They would be honored to serve as your Realtor, bringing dedication and expertise to your real estate journey.

If you need to reach working real estate agents in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro, this list puts you directly in front of the professionals closing deals in Tarrant County today. Mortgage lenders, title companies, PropTech platforms, insurance providers, continuing education providers, and recruiters all buy Tarrant County real estate agent email list data for one simple reason: agents are gatekeepers to transactions, and email is still the most cost-effective way to get their attention at scale.

This list includes {{AGENT_COUNT}} actively licensed agents with verified email addresses, plus {{CELL_COUNT}} agents who also have cell phone numbers on file. Whether you are launching a drip campaign, building a cold-email sequence in a platform like Zap Contact (zapcontact.com), or matching records against a LinkedIn audience, this data gives you a clean, segmented starting point that generic business databases simply cannot match.

Why Buy a Tarrant County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Every record in this list is sourced directly from the Texas state real estate licensing board, then cross-verified and cleaned monthly to remove bounces, expired licenses, and duplicate entries. New emails are added weekly as agents enter the market, and the entire database is completely refreshed bi-annually so you are never mailing stale contacts. The result is a 96% deliverability guarantee that cheap alternative vendors cannot offer because they are not maintaining their data between sales.

Dr Bill has been in business since 2005 and has sold over 31,000 lists to clients who come back because the data performs. When your email platform flags high bounce rates, it damages your sender reputation and kills future campaigns. Starting with verified, actively licensed agent emails protects your domain and your investment from the first send.

How to Use This Tarrant County Agent List

The most immediate use case is cold email outreach through dedicated sending platforms built for deliverability. Zap Contact (zapcontact.com) is specifically designed for this type of B2B prospecting and pairs well with this list. Beyond email, the same records support direct mail campaigns, SMS or phone outreach using the available cell numbers, and custom audience uploads for LinkedIn or Meta ad targeting against agent profiles.

The list also lets you segment by license type, separating broker licensees from sales agents so your messaging speaks to the right level of authority. A CE provider pitching license renewal hours needs a different message than a recruiter targeting experienced brokers ready to launch their own office. Proper segmentation means higher response rates and lower cost per acquisition across every channel you activate.

Why Tarrant County, Texas Agent Data Matters

Tarrant County covers a dense, economically active corridor that includes Fort Worth, Arlington, Mansfield, Euless, Bedford, Hurst, Keller, Southlake, and Grapevine. With {{AGENT_COUNT}} licensed agents operating across these distinct markets, local targeting gives you far better relevance than a broad statewide blast that lumps suburban Fort Worth professionals together with agents working rural West Texas territory.

No other vendor offers filtering down to the zip code level within Tarrant County, which means you can focus exclusively on agents working the specific neighborhoods and price corridors that match your product or service. That precision eliminates wasted spend and makes your outreach feel relevant rather than random to the agents receiving it.
