About Darin Marques

Darin Marques is a distinguished luxury home specialist and the founder of the Darin Marques Group at Huntington & Ellis, a prominent real estate agency in Las Vegas. After graduating from Bonanza High School, Marques began his career in sales with a leading fireplace and window subcontractor. Within six months, he became the top salesperson, focusing on custom home sales, which set the stage for a successful career in sales and development.

Most recently, Marques spent 11 years as a luxury home specialist with the Ivan Sher Group, previously known as Shapiro & Sher, an affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties. During this time, he successfully negotiated over $50 million in luxury home transactions, including the highest land sale in Southern Nevada in 2016. He also served as the sales manager for ASCAYA, an exclusive luxury home community in Henderson, featuring 313 estate sites and anticipated to showcase the finest Desert Contemporary architecture in the nation upon completion. Marques played a pivotal role at ASCAYA for five years, overseeing the recent opening of a $25 million clubhouse and the completion of five out of six Inspiration Homes designed by leading architects. In 2015, he facilitated the top two residential land sales in Southern Nevada and managed over $200 million in sales and developer investments within the community.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Marques is actively involved in community service, serving on the board of directors for the Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth and supporting various youth programs and organizations.
