About Darla Dudley

With a real estate career that commenced in 1989, this professional established an office in 1992, focusing primarily on Johnson and Ellis Counties. A notable achievement includes partnering with Dream Builders Custom Homes to develop Beacon Ridge Estates, a residential subdivision located in Grandview. Their expertise spans various sectors, including residential, farm and ranch, commercial, and property management.

This individual has held leadership roles as chair or co-chair for multiple committees within the Ellis and Johnson County Realtor Associations. A strong advocate for Professional Standards and Ethics, they view these principles as foundational to business relationships, akin to the “Golden Rule” in life. Their contributions include serving as chairperson for TREPAC and Governmental Affairs at JCAR, as well as on the Professional Standards Committee at the state level. A highlight of their career was serving as President of the Johnson County Association of Realtors in 2009, a role they regard as both a significant honor and a formidable challenge. They have also participated in candidate interviews for state and local elections and have been nominated three times for Realtor of the Year by the Johnson County Association.

In terms of professional education, they hold several designations, including GRI (Graduate REALTORS Institute through the Texas Association of Realtors), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative through REBAC), and SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification from the National Association of Realtors). Additionally, they have completed RE/MAX Broker Management Training. Throughout their career, they have mentored numerous agents who have gone on to achieve success in the industry.

In August 2010, they and business partner Kay Trawick acquired a RE/MAX franchise, establishing RE/MAX Heartland as the first national franchise—aside from the petroleum industry—in Grandview. Since 2005, they have also served as the Owner/Publisher of The Grandview Tribune, the oldest newspaper in Johnson County. Their community involvement extends to active membership in the Greater Grandview Chamber of Commerce and the Grandview Lions Club, where they have previously held the presidency. They are currently in their ninth year on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Johnson County, serving the last five years as Allocations Chair. Additionally, they were the President of the City of Grandview Type A Economic Development for six years and have contributed to the Grandview ISD Site-Based Committee and chaired the School Health Advisory Council. They are committed to giving back to the communities that have supported them and their family.

Above all professional accomplishments, their faith, family, and church hold paramount importance. They and their husband, Dave, have three sons and have raised two of their nine grandchildren. An active member of Chambers Creek Baptist Church, they have taught Bible study classes for children, youth, and adults, served multiple terms on the Prayer Ministry team, and participated on the Church Council Governing Board.

If you need to reach working real estate agents in Johnson County, Texas, this list was built for you. Mortgage lenders, title companies, and insurance providers use it to put their services directly in front of active producers. PropTech companies, continuing education providers, and real estate recruiters rely on it to cut through the noise and connect with licensed professionals who are actually closing deals in this market.

When you buy Johnson County real estate agent email list data from Dr. Bill, you get {{AGENT_COUNT}} actively licensed agents with verified email addresses, plus {{CELL_COUNT}} agents who also have cell phone numbers on file. That kind of reach gives mortgage originators a pipeline of referral partners, gives CE providers a classroom full of agents who need their hours, and gives recruiters a direct line to experienced professionals who may be ready for their next brokerage.

Why Buy a Johnson County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Every record in this list is sourced directly from the Texas state real estate licensing board, so you are not buying guesswork or scraped social profiles. New emails are added weekly, the full list is cleaned monthly, and the entire database is rebuilt from scratch twice a year. That discipline is why Dr. Bill guarantees 96% deliverability — a number most cheap data vendors cannot touch because they are reselling stale files they bought years ago and never updated.

Dr. Bill has been in business since 2005 and has sold over 31,000 lists. That track record matters when you are spending marketing budget on outreach. You are not taking a chance on an unknown data scraper — you are buying from a specialist who has refined this process across nearly two decades and knows exactly what makes agent contact data usable versus wasteful.

How to Use This Johnson County Agent List

The most direct application is email outreach through a cold-email platform like Zap Contact at zapcontact.com, which is built specifically for this kind of targeted professional campaign. You can also use the list for direct mail, SMS and phone campaigns using the included cell numbers, or upload it to LinkedIn for audience matching. Each of these channels works better when the underlying data is accurate, which is where the monthly cleaning and 96% guarantee pay off immediately.

The list also lets you segment by broker versus sales agent, so a recruiter targeting team leaders can filter differently than a title rep blanketing every active licensee in the county. That flexibility is built in.

Why Johnson County, Texas Agent Data Matters

Johnson County includes Cleburne, Burleson, Alvarado, Crowley, and Keene — a mix of established markets and fast-growing communities where active agents are doing real volume. With {{AGENT_COUNT}} verified contacts, you have complete coverage of the county without wasting spend on statewide blasts that dilute your message across agents who will never refer business your way.

No other vendor sells Johnson County agent data segmented down to the zip code level within the county. That precision lets you focus your campaign on exactly the neighborhoods and markets your business serves, making every dollar of outreach more relevant and more likely to convert.
