About David Brownell

David Brownell, a native of Des Moines, Iowa, relocated to Las Vegas to collaborate with his uncle on a management book and assist in running his business. His family remains in Iowa, where his mother, three younger sisters, two brothers-in-law, four nephews—Adam, Joey, Matthew, and Ben—and a niece, Stascia, reside. Following the loss of his father in May 2006, David embarked on a career in real estate in Las Vegas, encouraged by a friend.

In the early years of his career, David immersed himself in the industry, learning from both exemplary and subpar real estate practices. This exposure led him to recognize the common perception of Realtors as akin to used car salespeople, often employing high-pressure tactics and prioritizing commissions over client interests. Determined to break this mold, David established his own business with a foundational principle: to prioritize the needs of his clients above all else.
