About David Nourse

David Nourse's connection to Naples began in the mid-1960s when his family vacationed in the area. His father, a Naval aviator during World War II, had a deep appreciation for Naples and purchased the family’s first condominium on Gulf Shore Boulevard in 1967. This legacy continues, as the family still enjoys their beachfront property acquired in 1972.

Raised in Columbus, Ohio, David always envisioned himself as a future Florida resident. After graduating from the Columbus Academy in the late 1970s, he attended Florida Southern College, where he earned a degree in Business Management with a minor in Communications. These academic foundations proved instrumental as he embarked on his professional journey. David initially joined the family automotive business, where he spent nearly two decades. In the early 2000s, as publicly traded companies began to elevate the value of car dealerships nationwide, the family opted to downsize. This transition provided David with the perfect opportunity to pivot into a career in real estate.

He quickly recognized the parallels between the two industries. Moving from selling families their second most significant investment to assisting them with their most substantial purchase, David leveraged his skills in understanding client needs, financial acumen, and managing complex transactions. This transition into real estate was seamless.

After a brief tenure as a Realtor in Ohio, David relocated to Naples in 2006. He approached his business growth with a long-term perspective, consistently increasing his market share year after year.
