David Chen has been a resident of Santa Rosa since 2000, where he lives with his wife, Julia, and their two children, Sunny and Jeffrey. His final position was as Vice President of Sales at a company with an annual revenue of $5 billion.

David recognizes real estate as a powerful avenue for wealth accumulation and income generation. He made his first property investment in 1992, acquiring a three-bedroom townhouse despite interest rates exceeding 10%. Lacking the means for a 20% down payment, he opted for mortgage insurance. This property transitioned into a rental in 1995 and, after 21 years, the mortgage was fully paid off in 2016. The property has since appreciated significantly, now valued at three times its original purchase price, and continues to provide substantial monthly cash flow.

By adhering to a disciplined investment strategy, David has successfully built a diverse real estate portfolio that yields consistent monthly income. He understands that achieving financial independence through real estate requires both discipline and time, and he believes that if he can accomplish this, others can too.
